Welcome to the B3 Workflow Notion Template. This template is designed to help you and your organisation to keep track of your AI tasks and personas, and to serve as a repository of tasks, prompts, personas and general information.
A persona is a definition for the role the AI model will take on when providing you with replies. Following the A3 model, there are three base personas: Assistant, Advisor, Author.

Use the advisor to generate various options when making a decision, giving feedback on your content or thought process, generating talking points for a presentation and critiquing content.

Use this persona to create document drafts, write proposals, generate photos and illustrations, write code, create charts and graphs, explain images as text, enhance a slide in a presentation and more.

A task is something you want to do using AI. This can be drafting an email, generating an image, writing code, creating a presentation or pretty much anything you can imagine. In this template, you’ll define tasks by following two models:
<aside> <img src="/icons/user_blue.svg" alt="/icons/user_blue.svg" width="40px" /> The C3 Prompt Crafting Model: This structures the prompt you give the AI model. The more information you give the model when promoting, the more comprehensive your prompt will be, hopefully resulting in better output from the AI model.
For a basic prompt, you’ll provide a description of the task you want to perform, and some context, such as background information or related facts.
For a focused prompt, you’ll add specific information, such as the format you want the AI to generate the output in. You’ll also add a persona to guide the AI, following the A3 model described above.
For a comprehensive prompt, you’ll add boundaries, where you tell the AI what it shouldn’t do, or exclude irrelevant information. You’ll also ask the AI to explain its reasoning or provide sources.

<aside> <img src="/icons/user_blue.svg" alt="/icons/user_blue.svg" width="40px" /> The B3 Prompt Workflow: This is used to collect all the personas and tasks you’ve created in the organisation and present them in a centralised repository where different people in your organisation can refer to prompt templates and tasks to achieve their desired goals. It will also help you keep track of different versions of your prompts. It is divided into three phases:
Blueprint: This is where you define what task you want to achieve with the help of AI, what input you’ll need to give the model and what output you’ll be expecting.
Build: This is where you actually build your prompt, by specifying a persona (from the A3 model) and writing a prompt (from the C3 model).
Benchmark: This is where you critique the output generated by AI and ensure it is valid, correct and non-biased.
