In this tutorial, we’ll see how you can build a new persona in your template.

Get Started

The first step is to go to the Blueprint, Build, Benchmark page and click New from the Personas gallery.

Choose Base Persona

This template comes with four built-in persona templates, following the base personas from the A3 model:

1. Assistant: They are great at taking notes, summarising content, analysing data, proofreading, explaining diagrams, re-writing text and so on. Use this assistant for these and other repetitive tasks.
2. Advisor: They are great at using their vast experience and knowledge to help you make a decision and evaluate content. Use the advisor to generate various options when making a decision, giving feedback on your content or thought process, generating talking points for a presentation and critiquing content.
3. Author: They are great at generating content, be that text, images, video or more. Use this persona to create document drafts, write proposals, generate photos and illustrations, write code, create charts and graphs, explain images as text, enhance a slide in a presentation and more.
4. Persona Template: You can use this template to create your own new base persona.

When you click New as shown above, you can choose the template you want to use:

Once you pick a template, your page will be populated with the fields from the template.

Define Properties

In this example, we’re defining a Recruiter, based on the Advisor template. We’ll start by defining the properties for this persona:
